Creator programme rules

Everything the reviewer uses to decide what a video earns is written down here. If your case is missing, ask bot support before you film — we will answer and add it to this page.

In short

  • We pay for views of TikTok videos that show FlowSync: $0.50 to $3 per 1,000 views depending on the tier.
  • The tier depends on two things: how much the video is about CS2/Valorant and how much it is about the app itself. AFK and background content pays the least.
  • Minimums: 3,000 views, a video of at least 15 seconds, the app on screen for at least 5 seconds in a row, with the name readable or spoken.
  • Claims are submitted from 72 hours after publication and within 120 days. The video stays public for at least 30 days after payout.
  • There is no cap per video. The monthly budget is $800; if it runs short, the rest is paid automatically the next month.
  • Money goes to your bot balance; withdrawals from $1. The 25% referral share on purchases through your link comes on top.

Tiers in detail

S$3.00 per 1,000

A video about FlowSync

What counts
An app review, a before-and-after FPS test, a setup and presets tutorial, an honest comparison with other ways to raise FPS, “I ran CS2 on a weak laptop with FlowSync”.
Required
The app is the main topic: it is on screen or being discussed for more than half the video, and the viewer understands what it does.
Does not count
A video about a game where FlowSync is one segment: that is A or B. A screen recording with no explanation of what is happening: that is A or B.
A$2.00 per 1,000

Active CS2 or Valorant

What counts
Matches, DM, retakes, surf, KZ, bhop, aim maps, utility lineups, frag movies and highlights from your own games, a demo review with commentary, a settings and FPS guide, memes and humour cut from real gameplay.
Required
For most of the video the game is on screen — someone is actually playing or analysing it. Inside is an insert showing FlowSync at work (see below for what counts as an insert).
Does not count
An AFK server, a demo or bot match running in the background under music, lobby and menus for most of the video — that is C. Case openings and skins — that is B.
B$1.00 per 1,000

Other games, PC, Windows

What counts
Other PC games (Apex, Fortnite, Warzone, PUBG, Rust, Dota 2, LoL, Minecraft and so on), PC builds and upgrades, hardware unboxings, Windows tips, CS2 cases and skins, CS2 news as a talking head.
Required
The same insert showing FlowSync at work as on tier A. The audience plays on Windows PCs.
Does not count
Mobile games and consoles are not paid at all: FlowSync only runs on Windows. Non-gaming topics are not paid either.
C$0.50 per 1,000

AFK, background, mention

What counts
AFK servers and AFK farms, loop videos with nobody playing, a demo in the background under music, photo carousels, a video where FlowSync is only named by voice or text but not shown, a static screenshot instead of the running app.
Required
A gaming or PC audience, and the FlowSync name readable or spoken.
Does not count
Only a link in the description or bio, with no word about the app in the video itself — not paid.

How the reviewer sets the tier

The questions are asked strictly in order. The first one that fits sets the tier. If the video deserves a higher tier than you claimed, we raise it rather than cut it.

  1. Does the video meet the minimums (3,000 views, 15 seconds, the time limits) and TikTok’s rules? No — the claim is rejected with a reason.
  2. Is the audience people who play on Windows PCs? No (cooking, lifestyle, mobile games, consoles) — not paid.
  3. Is FlowSync the main topic? Yes — S.
  4. Is there a proper insert with the app at work? No — C (if the name is readable or spoken), otherwise not paid.
  5. Is most of the video active play or analysis of CS2/Valorant? Yes — A.
  6. Active content about other PC games, hardware or Windows? Yes — B. Everything else (AFK, background, loops) — C.

What counts as an insert

An insert is the part of the video where the viewer sees FlowSync. It is required for tiers A and B and only counts if all five conditions are met.

  • At least 5 seconds in a row. Two 3-second inserts are not 6 seconds — they are zero.
  • The running app is visible — the window, a preset, the buttons, the result. A static screenshot only counts as a mention (C).
  • The window fills a noticeable part of the frame and is readable on a phone. A tiny window in a corner is not an insert.
  • The FlowSync name is visible on screen, spoken in the voice-over or written in the caption.
  • No speed-up of 2× or more, and nothing covering it — stickers, text or a webcam.

What AFK and passive content means

Passive videos are half-watched — with music, before sleep, in the background. Those views bring buyers far less often, so they are tier C even with an insert.

  • The character stands on an AFK server, in the lobby or in menus for most of the video.
  • A demo, a bot match or someone else’s stream plays with no commentary as a backdrop for music or on-screen text.
  • Hypnotic loops: an endless surf bot, a spinning skin, a repeating clip.
  • A split screen where the gameplay half is only a backdrop for other content (a story, storytelling, a reaction).
  • Photo carousels and screenshot slideshows.

Surf, KZ and bhop where the player runs the map themselves are not AFK — that is active play: tier A.

Edge cases: “what if…”

How to read the verdict
  • S $3.00 per 1,000
  • A $2.00 per 1,000
  • B $1.00 per 1,000
  • C $0.50 per 1,000
  • ✓ allowed, tier by content
  • $0 not paid
  • ✕ rejected, with penalties

Games and genres

A

What if the content is just CS2 surf with an insert of the app midway?

That is A: surf is active play — you run the map yourself. The insert must meet all five conditions. If a surf bot runs on its own with no player, it is C.

A

What about KZ, bhop, aim_botz or utility lineups?

A. Practice and movement are gameplay watched by people who play.

A

What if it is Valorant, not CS2?

Same rates: Valorant is as much a core game for the app as CS2.

A

What about CS2 memes and humour?

A if the meme is cut from real gameplay. Memes without game footage — images or a person talking to camera — are B.

A

What if I break down someone else’s demo or a pro match with commentary?

A: analysis is active content for players. A demo with no commentary of yours, just music, is C.

B

What about CS2 case openings, trades or skins?

B: the audience is right, but it is not gameplay. If the same video promotes case sites or casinos, it is not paid (see “Content and tone”).

B

What about Apex, Fortnite, Warzone, Rust, Dota 2 or another PC game?

B. FlowSync speeds up Windows for any game, but it works and sells best for CS2 and Valorant.

$0

What if it is a mobile game — Standoff 2, PUBG Mobile, Brawl Stars?

Not paid: the app only runs on Windows PCs, and that audience often has no computer. The same goes for PlayStation, Xbox and Switch.

B

What about a PC build or a graphics card unboxing?

B. If the video includes an FPS test in CS2 or Valorant with FlowSync, it is A.

A

What if the video is “5 ways to raise FPS in CS2” and FlowSync is one of them?

A if FlowSync is shown at work under the insert rules. If the app is the main method and fills more than half the video — S.

S

What if I compare FlowSync with other optimisers?

S if FlowSync is the focus and the test is honest. Comparing is fine; calling competitors scammers is not.

B

What if the frame is mostly the lobby, menus and chatting, not the game?

If you actively talk about CS2 to camera — B. If you just sit idle in the lobby — C.

The insert and editing

C

What if I said “get FlowSync” but never showed the app?

C — that is a mention. To get A or B you need an insert of the running app.

$0

What if the link is in my bio but the app is nowhere in the video?

Not paid: we pay for the video, not for the link.

C

What if the insert is a screenshot of the app, not video?

C at most, even in a great CS2 video. Record the screen with the app running — the trial is enough for that.

C

What if there are several 2–3 second inserts adding up to more than five?

The insert does not count: it must be 5 seconds in a row. If the name is readable — C.

C

What if the insert is sped up 2–3× to keep the pace?

The insert does not count: the viewer cannot tell what they are looking at. If the name is readable — C.

✓

What if the insert has no voice, just music?

It counts if the FlowSync name is written on screen or in the caption.

✓

What if the voice-over is AI-generated?

Fine. The tier is set by what the video shows, not by whose voice it is.

✓

What if the app window fills half the screen, with a webcam beside it?

It counts if the webcam does not cover the window and its text is readable on a phone.

$0

What if the app showed an error or did not start in the video?

That video does not show the product, so we do not pay for it. Write to support — we will sort it out and you can re-record the insert.

✓

What if I filmed with the trial rather than a purchased key?

Fine. For your first approved video a lifetime key arrives as a gift on its own.

Account and posting

✓

What if my account is small — 200 followers?

Followers do not matter; the video’s views do. From 3,000 — submit.

✓

What if the video is in English, Kazakh or another language?

Any language works; the rates are the same.

C

What if it is a photo carousel, not a video?

C at most: a carousel cannot show the app running.

$0

What if I showed the app on TikTok LIVE?

A LIVE is not paid: it has no per-video analytics. A clip from it posted as a separate video follows the usual rules.

✓

What if it is a duet or stitch with someone else’s video?

Paid if the insert is in your part and the account is yours. The tier is set by your part of the video.

✕

What if I re-upload someone else’s video — say, their FlowSync review?

Rejected, and removal from the programme if repeated. Other people’s videos are never paid.

$0

What if I post the same video again or on a second account?

One copy is paid — the one with more views. The duplicates are not.

$0

What if the video is also on YouTube Shorts and Reels?

We only pay for TikTok views. If you have a strong channel elsewhere, write to support and we will discuss it separately.

✓

What if a friend filmed it but it is posted on my account?

Payment goes to the account owner — whoever submits the claim with their own analytics screenshot. How you split it is up to you.

$0

What if the video is more than 120 days old?

Not accepted: old views are no longer about today’s app. A video posted before you knew about the programme but under 120 days old — submit it.

✓

What if I want to show the script first and learn the tier?

Send it to bot support. An answer like “this will be A” is saved and holds at review, as long as the video follows the script.

Views and money

✓

What if the video hits a million views?

We pay in full — there is no cap. A million views on tier A is $2,000. If the monthly budget falls short, part arrives at once and the rest follows automatically in the next months.

✓

What if the video keeps growing after payout?

Thirty days after payout, submit the same video again — we pay for the additional views.

✓

What if I boosted the video with TikTok Promote?

Fine, but we only pay for organic views. Show the traffic-source breakdown in analytics and we subtract the Promote views.

✕

What if the views are bought — through a service or “view exchanges”?

Permanent removal from the programme, and anything credited for those videos is cancelled. If views look unnatural, we ask for screenshots of traffic sources, geography and retention.

✓

What if my claim lists more views than the analytics show?

We count from the analytics screenshot. A one-off mistake is fine; consistently inflated numbers mean rejection.

✕

What if I delete or hide the video less than 30 days after payout?

The amount is deducted from your next payouts. The same applies if the platform removed the video or you took the flowsync.cc link out of your bio.

✓

What if I hid likes or turned off comments?

Fine, but then keep the link in your bio — there will be no pinned comment.

Content and tone

✓

What if I honestly say my FPS gain is small?

Paid: we pay for showing the app, not for praise. An honest test gives different gains on weak and strong PCs — that is normal.

$0

What if the video mocks the app for clout?

Not paid. Honest criticism with a test — yes; ridicule and lies — no.

✕

What if the video calls FlowSync a cheat or a “VAC bypass”?

Rejected, and removal if repeated. It is untrue, and it gets both your account and our product banned: the app tunes Windows, not the game.

$0

What if the same video advertises a casino, a case site or betting?

Not paid: we do not appear next to gambling. Other sponsors (energy drinks, gear, clothing) are fine.

$0

What if the same video advertises another optimiser?

Not paid: we do not pay for a competitor’s ad next to ours. An honest comparison with FlowSync as the focus is S.

✕

What if I promise viewers a key giveaway?

Not allowed: a key is tied to one PC, so it cannot be given away and viewers would be misled. The gift key for your first video is yours alone.

✓

What if the video has swearing?

Ordinary gamer talk is fine. We do not pay for videos TikTok has restricted or hidden, or for insults against people or groups.

✓

Do I need to turn on TikTok’s “Branded content” label?

We recommend it: TikTok requires paid integrations to be disclosed, and a video without the label may be restricted. We will not reject a claim for missing it, but we cannot protect the video from platform penalties.

✓

Can I put my referral link or promo code in the video?

You should: views are paid either way, and every purchase through the link adds 25% with no expiry. Your viewers get 15% off through it.

How the money is calculated

  • Amount = paid views ÷ 1,000 × tier rate. Example: 40,000 views on tier A is 40 × $2 = $80.
  • Paid views are those shown in the analytics screenshot, excluding Promote views. On a repeat claim — only the growth since the last payout.
  • Money reaches your bot balance right after approval. Withdrawals from $1, handled by a person.
  • The programme’s monthly budget is $800. An approved claim takes as much as fits; the rest waits in the queue and is paid automatically at the start of the next month. The remaining budget is shown on the programme page.
  • No more than 5 claims a day per person, so the queue keeps moving.

Review and disputes

  • A real person reviews every claim. The answer usually comes the same day and always arrives in the bot — approval, or rejection with a reason.
  • The reviewer may ask for an extra screenshot: traffic sources, geography, retention, or a screen recording of you opening the analytics.
  • Disagree with the tier or a rejection? Write to bot support with the claim number. The programme owner reviews the decision.
  • A rejection for a fixable reason is not final: fix the video or the claim and submit again.

Violations and penalties
