The terms we sell a key on, what the program does, and how to get your money back.
This is an agreement between you and the owner of the FlowSync service — a private individual who runs the flowsync.cc site and the program of the same name.
It takes effect when you create an account, buy a key, or run the program. If you disagree with any part of it, simply do not use the service.
How we handle your data is covered separately, in the privacy policy. It forms part of this agreement.
FlowSync is a Windows program that tunes the system for games, Counter-Strike 2 above all. It turns off unnecessary services and adjusts power, network, and scheduler settings — the same things an experienced user would do by hand, only faster and without the risk of missing something.
We sell a tool, not a frame rate. How much performance improves depends on your hardware, your version of Windows, and what else is running on the machine.
Buying a key gives you the right to use the program — you are not buying the program itself and acquire no rights to it.
Changing computer or doing a major hardware upgrade? Write to support and we will re-bind the key. This is free, within reason: if the requests start coming one after another, we may decline.
This is the most important section — read it even if you skimmed the rest.
FlowSync changes Windows system settings. It creates a restore point beforehand, and every setting can be rolled back. But you apply them to your own computer at your own risk.
A key is sold for a single payment. The current price is on the purchase page — we do not repeat it here, so this document cannot drift out of step with reality.
Payment goes through Telegram. Card numbers and payment details never reach us: the payment provider handles them and we only receive confirmation that the payment went through.
The key is issued immediately after payment. If that did not happen, write to support and we will sort it out by hand.
14 days from purchase, no reason required. It did not suit you, it did not help, you changed your mind — any of those is enough.
Message us on Telegram at @optimizewindows_bot and say you want a refund. We reply within 3 working days, and the money goes back the same way you paid.
After a refund the key stops working — that is only fair to the people who do pay.
We may refuse a refund if the key was resold or used to get around restrictions — that is, in cases of clear abuse. An ordinary buyer has nothing to worry about here.
When a friend arrives through your link and buys a key, you get a bonus. The amount and your current balance are shown in your account.
The program is provided "as is". We build it honestly and use it ourselves, but we cannot promise it will suit every computer or deliver any particular performance gain.
We are not liable for indirect losses — lost profit, a ruined match, time spent. If we are found at fault, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the key.
We are not responsible for decisions made by third parties: how Windows, Telegram, or payment systems behave, or what the game's developers do.
The site and the service may be temporarily unavailable — because of an update, a failure, or an attack. We do not promise round-the-clock uptime.
Nothing in this section takes away the rights consumer protection law gives you in your country.
We may block an account and its key if the rules in "What is not allowed" or "Invite program" are broken. In that case the money for the key is not refunded.
If you think a block was a mistake, write to us. We will look into it and restore access if we got it wrong.
FlowSync is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or working with Valve Corporation in any way. Counter-Strike 2, Steam, and other names belong to their owners and are mentioned only to explain what the program is for.
These terms may change. The date at the top of the page will be updated and the change itself will appear in the site changelog. We announce anything important in our Telegram channel. If you keep using the service after a change, that means you accept it.
Support and any questions — Telegram @optimizewindows_bot. News — our channel @flowsync_windows.
If any clause of this agreement turns out to be invalid, the rest stay in force.
